When a private citizen commits a federal crime, a federal prosecutor charges him, and the case proceeds to a federal criminal court. No question this case should be tried in some place. Would you rather have the Donald having his butt worked on in Federal Prison? If he is innocent as you allege, he will be acquitted by the court.
