Why don’t we let Congress hear the evidence and decide on it? Conviction requires BOTH parties to vote for it, impeachment does not. If the evidence suggests the President was not involved, then no Republican will
vote to convict. People are outraged by this, on BOTH sides of the fence. He is unlikely to get criminally charged by a federal court. Supreme Court judges are lower than he was.
