Captain-

January 28th was a very technically damaging day for PAIR. I would think it influences your current view. As I said earlier, I generally like to buy before the buy becomes obvious. I have been known to do some anticipation with a tight stop, especially with tech stocks that often POP 8-12% on their breakout day. If you miss that, you have missed half of their 3 day run. Of course, after that day, everyone's TA will clearly indicate BUY.

I will be interested to hear what you think of PAIR if it closes, say at 18 3/4 or higher on Tuesday. All I can say is that the next 2-3 days are most interesting for the markets in general. They should tell us whether the NAZ and DOW at the top of their trading ranges, or are going to make a bull run. Any bullishness I have is a result of the NAZ breaking 1600 which (as often happens) occurred while tech heavies were breaking resistance levels. Many second-tier stocks like PAIR now have a greatly improved prospects of breaking out themselves.

I will not deny that Friday was mediocre, although techs were strong, so there is still hope for the NAZ. If Pair closes below 18 today, then I will not be so bullish . . which is why . . now that I think of it, I may do buying at the END of the day (if PAIR and the NAZ look good)as opposed to the BEGINNING like I mentioned earlier.

Happy Investing!
