Yeah, Bill G will shoot up calcium carbonate into the sky to block out the sun, just as it starts to get really cold. But to top that, the CIA will tell him to shoot some secret "special projects" stuff in the air too. Just to keep us all safe. No doubt -nfg-

I can tell you that on the Big Island, every time Kilauea starts spewing Vog, the particulates in the air actually prevent rainfall(HVO has studies this phenomenon quite a bit). When Kilauea shut down 2.5 years ago(after nearly continuous Vog for over 30 years), the west side of the island Vog blanket cleared up and we had back to back record breaking years of rain. A month ago Kilauea started a new eruption and we didn't get a drop of rain for 5 weeks. Finally a North Pacific low blew through Hawaii and we got dumped on.

No doubt Bill Gates has his water sources secured.
