Allan, I hope everyone who reads this will understand why sector rotation is so important. A stock is not independant of its sector. For another example of sector rotaion and how a stock reacts; look at Intel and the semiconductor sector. You couldn't find a more finely tuned dancing couple. :-) The other things you could have done, if not wanting to sell you positions, is short or buy puts on the PHLX sector indexes. This works very well. Thank you so much for your post. I hope it alerts investors to the importance of sector rotation. All the best, Jan
