From one perspective it can be related to the shift in channel uptrend anchors. A new set of retests seems to have been necessary to attain "bearings".
At first, it was that last touch from underneath of the last old anchored line followed by a quick little run up the newly anchored (blue) line.
Then intersections were felt out.
That ended with move up to the hit on the first downtrend that keys off the newly anchored (blue) uptrend.
Then a trip down on the express elevator to touch base with the next upcoming uptrend where it intersects floor of that narrow channel downtrend which is the last narrow channel down from the old anchored uptrends..............while maintaining horizontals integrity.
