I had a litigation around 2000 in a dispute involving two optometrists. My client, one of the two, insisted he’d gone to school with the woman on the other side (who was trying to screw him out of his practice). My client claimed the Opposing party had been a man before, in optometry school. I didn’t believe it until I took her deposition. Big hands and a prominent Adam’s apple were the giveaways.
