Spots, this will happen 1999, I mean Monday, Feb 1. Finally Peter has been cought on neglegence :)
Peter, thank you for good news.
Also a question. Friday I was closing my trade 600 of PEP around 3:40.
Bid/ask was 36 7/16 / 36 1/2 with sick sizes. I enter order to sell for 36 7/16 and it was executed within 15sec with price improvement for 36 1/2 after this PEP dropped like bad habit to 36 within next 3-4min. So I came to conclusion that it was a cross somewhere in Datek's womb. Here is a question: how datek is able to clear trades like this of NYSE stocks not having a seat in NYSE or if I'm wrong and Datek doesn't do crosses for NYSE how this price improvement could occure, bid and ask didn't get higher and no sales were at higher then 36 1/2 price?
Michael.
