I like how you used the Ad Verecundiam fallacy, arguing that a person of authority MUST be right.

If all our courts acted the same, that is, waited until the lawsuit is meaningless, think of what would happen. A person who wins a lawsuit against a corporation would never get his case before the court until after he's dead and then the court would say it's moot.

I am not familiar with the issue at hand. I know Tribe is the one to believe, so what did he say, if you don't mind, about the emoluments clause?

Is there any question Trump committed crimes in regard to that?
