I can relate what happened with us. We got together on a Friday night, had too many drinks and within days all of us had Covid. Two of us almost died from it (including me). But we all survived this damn thing but the damage to our bodies is insane. Covid lungs are worse than someone who smoked 30 years. It took months of daily workouts and running to get back into something reasonably close to where I was before Covid. Don't mess with it. I'm a hell of a lot younger than most and it's not worth the risk.
