Woodsman: Thanks for the follow-up and you are correct, I did not mean to imply that the company was not filing reports. I must question though how many bulletin board stocks and small caps don't send out quarterly reports. Most brokers use a clearing house type service don't they so how would they know if they kept their end of the bargain? I guess that is my question. You can purchase a stock and just miss being on record in their books, report comes out and then you have another month or so for it to be printed and mailed. On the other hand, I still get Motorola reports and have not owned the stock for over six months.
