I want to know who let the cat out of the bag?! Probably good ol' socal steve, wasn't it? never trust a guy who doesn't use capital letters. I've been passing this off as an expensive summer cruise aboard the Love Boat and you just blew the lid off the charade! Actually there was really no need for the mid-sea rescue. I had finally gotten 60% of the barnacles to fan in the same direction and there was net progress toward shore. My estimate was that I would have arrived in time for the new century... the one in the year 3,000. The only reason I accepted assistance was because I was afraid I was going to miss all the Y2K fun that's supposed to start in August 1999 when the GPS satellites don't roll over properly. Bruce
