James, Thanks! You are right about me confusing the limited partnership with CVNY. Do you think this was to get the burden shifted to CVUS or is CVUS the only one who could assume additional liability. In other words, is CVUS the only one of the 3 entities that has standing enough to be credit worthy of such a loan? CAP

CT&T and CVUS may not be legally connected, but the management is largely the same. Bossard is tied integrally with both.
