I think that's right, but I've not seen her comment on Roe. Roe is really the fringe of legal reasoning. It all makes logical sense, but it goes through contortions that are hard to accept as valid legal doctrine based on the "right to privacy." It's quite the read if one can find time, and adding in some commentary to guide from both right and left perspectives can be super helpful in understanding why it's a marginal decision and so open to assault from the right.
