To All,

I understand that Jim Alexiou and John Stuart both bought some shares last week. Also, another individual in the company bought shares. Total purchase of all three parties was 75,000 shares. Alexiou and Stuart filed with the SEC, the other person doesn't have to.

That falls in the 'for what it's worth' category.

My only disappointment was the annual stockholders report. Not so much the numbers, that was anticipated, but the lack of information within the report. Conceding that they may want to control costs, I would hope that a successful 1998 would lead to a more professional product next year.

Just an opinion.
