Your thought process is very linear, so obvious. When I attack judicial review it's because I know a few idiots on the courts can undo decades of laws which our Constitution says our the Supreme Law of the Land. If you want to tell me where I'm wrong, go for it. You'd give the courts the power to put their choice in the WH just as easily as you'd let them ignore the Constitution and say Congress has no subpoena power during impeachments, thus nullifying the impeachment clause as easily as they nullified the emoluments clause.
