Politicians are not the problem. They do what we want them to do. We know this because they almost always get reelected. We are the problem. Or more accurately republicans are the problem. Republicans want people who hate us. We want people who do stuff. The old saying, "not in the ballpark" doesn't work anymore. We're not on the same planet, Do you honestly think a republican politician can do the right thing when he has fox news and talk radio polluting the minds of their voters?
