"He was stumbling over his words, and at times sounded scared." I caught that as well. A disturbance if the force? Forces out of control of the centralized bank, government, stock markets, etc are happening and it scares the crap out of those not wearing clothes. "Blockchain" could soon be one of those words that is censored based on an number on excuses but it is too late.
