This has taken the attention of several influential people in the congress on both sides of the isle. And so far not one of them has taken sides with Robinhood. If I were a judge, I'd be wary of both GOP and Dems breathing down my neck for the plaintiffs.

Robinhood has opened trading back up now. The class action suit against them. I saw, was filed in the United States District Court Southern District of NY.
