I am not able to say plainly what I mean apparently:

1) Deficit spending should be illegal -- not available to those who govern.

2) Taxes cannot be raised high enough to meet current expenditures.

3) Hence -- a large number of expenditures need to be cut.

The problem is not one of raising or lowering taxes -- the problem is the legality of deficit spending.

Deficit spending -- like it's evil cousin -- monetary printing -- are just theft.
