KCI TRIPLES UNITED STATES SALES OF MOBILE DATA SYSTEMS

Good morning to you all. Pursuant to our last update regarding KCI, please find enclosed the company's latest press release. KCI stock has moved up nicely from .35 to .55 over the last month and this press release adds a basis for this support.

The results should come as no surprise to anyone in light of the updates we have been providing since November. What is interesting to note is that KCI is now achieving $400,000 in U.S. sales in only 2 months, as opposed to the 12 months it took them in fiscal 1997 and the 6 months it took for the first half of fiscal 1998. You will find this information in the press release below.

It is important to emphasize that sales figures in the press release relate to KCI sales in the United States only. Having said that, it is no secret that the key to any international company's growth is success in the highly lucrative US market. These latest results further prove that KCI is well on it's way to achieving that goal and will become a core participant in the US market.

We look forward to 2nd quarter results, which are anticipated sometime near the end of this month.

We repeat our theme for 1998 - only those junior companies with revenues will be able to survive and grow. KCI continues to prove it's worth in our AGORA portfolio and would be a healthy addition to anyone's portfolio.

Regards,
Agora.

===========
The rapid sales growth is evidence of the expanding references and the critical mass achieved in North America. By February 28, 1998 King USA will have installed 12 mobile data systems for ambulance, taxi and courier businesses in the United States and Canada. The systems range in size from 10 to 110 mobile data terminals.

Additionally, King USA is actively pursuing immediate sales orders of C$640,000 for which mobile data systems have been quoted, demonstrated and customers have confirmed their intention to finalize an order. Many of the orders in this category have waited for one particular high profile installation which is now operational. This customer is very pleased with the functionality and value for money and is providing strong recommendations to King's prospective customers.

APCO Project 25
King USA is working closely with ADI Limited to complete King's submission for the US$1 billion Department of Interior tender. All aspects of the submission are on schedule for the February 28, 1998 submission deadline. The APCO marketing program is ramping up. Eighteen key seminars and product demonstrations are being scheduled and King USA is a sponsor of the high profile US Bureau of Land Management Digital Radio Workshop to be held in Denver from February 9th to 12th.
