That was just a bunch of people having good clean fun. Even if some intended to kidnap/try/murder members of Congress, they weren't successful. So no harm, no foul.

I thought Jan 6 was a great day for America. Peaceful protests are an essential part of American heritage. I hate that the cops killed an unarmed woman in the process, but we’ve all seen that time and again. I’ve heard a cop was killed but have seen no evidence it was any protestor who did it or how it happened, so the jury is out on that. I believe Pelosi's behavior has been shameful and she is the key agitator. I can’t say what her punishment should be.
