A little anecdotal
Small furniture shops throughout PA have raised their prices multiple times the last few months with many increasing lead times from a few weeks to 3-5 months. Wood prices through roof with labor shortages everywhere and demand for higher wages

Things have to come to a head soon. Inflation not limited to lumber and labor

Rates MUST be raised immediately. "Emergency" ZIRP and QE are killing the host

We are in deep doo doo
