I'll think it over, but all the counties in a state have to have a uniform standard, and if they make a last minute/month change, it has to remain standard for that state. That might throw out the Georgia changes that weren't properly communicated by the GA Legislature. I posted earlier (days) that GA has many more counties than most states. It's 159. Easy to refute, and tough for those changes to get past the Supreme Court, if Barrett is truly an Originalist.
