We haven't borrowed anything. They sell us stuff. We pay in dollars. They take those dollars and buy T-bills. An investment on their part. On our part they are part of the market for our out of control government spenders.


When you sell someone your bonds you are effectively borrowing their money.....ask someone to explain it to you... We've been using Chinese and Japanese money to pay for our wars...
