To really capitalize you should be investing in a period where the market has just reversed up.The method also stresses cutting your losses by SELLING ANYTHING THAT DROPS 8% BELOW THE PRICE YOU PAID.Oneil picks his invstments very carefully and usually has only 3-6 stocks in his portfolio.
