And there's no point in some saying " .... to change the GOP is a fools game" or " .... to continue to vote in Republicans and expect something different to come of it .... this has not worked for over 30 years" First of all, the GOP and its ORIGINAL FOUNDING PRINCIPLES AND AIMS DO NOT NEED CHANGING. It is those who have ABANDONED THOSE PRINCIPLES AND AIMS THAT NEED TO BE ROOTED OUT, AND BOOTED OUT. And obviously if one continues to vote in the likes of a McConnell and a Romney type Republican you CANNOT EXPECT ANYTHING DIFFERENT FROM THEM .... BUT they do not own the Republican Party, YOU AND LIKE-MINDED CONSERVATIVE, PATRIOTIC AMERICANS OWN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. So, I suggest, by all means form a Group that stands for the AIMS AND PRINCIPLES OF THE ORIGINAL REPUBLICAN PARTY, and select your LIKE-MINDED CANDIDATES to stand against the RINOS in future PRIMARY elections and BOOT THOSE RINOS OUT OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY ...... They Don't Belong There !!! The more SUCCESS that you achieve in that regard over time, the more that existing Republican politicians will think twice before they abandon the Principles of the Republican Party because THEY WILL KNOW IT COULD BE THEM NEXT TIME !!! There are over 80 million Americans who most likely think like you, so BEGIN YOUR COLLECTIVE ACTION and get behind your chosen candidates when the PRIMARY opportunities arise. In that way the past "30 years" reference will no longer apply going forward. But to think that a new Conservative Party, splitting the Conservative vote between die-hard Republicans and the New Party in general, local or by-elections, is going to be able to beat the Democrats who "stick together like glue", is, IMO, thinking Emotionally and NOT Strategically.
