larry, the pimp-a-thon is in full effect. i'll buy puts when i feel the pimps will start distributing. i won't say when as i don't want applesauce to see my plan and then ruin it.

the bottom line is this. mu will leak information about this q to the big boys and when they do they will, more than likely, sell. i'll own puts just before that happens. in the meantime, the strong headed bulls will run this up a little. i learn, larry, i learn. you sound far too impatient to be unemotionally involved with the memory titanic ;-)

did you see the latest spin on mu?

fnews.yahoo.com

it is very misleading and here is why...

it says korean mftrs have a gross cost of $4.50 and cites "analysts." the reality is that mu told them this. if nothing else, it is incredibly self serving. 1. it gives investors hope so they will pay more for the stock and 2. if mu repeats the bs enough then congress may believe it and follow up on dumping charges.

tere is simply no way to verify this. the koreans, etal simply aren't publishing their in house data. i am not foolish enough to believe a self serving source just b/c they krrp repeating things. remember, dram continues to remain strong ;-)

the article also said that mu's cost is about $3.00. this is accurate. it then went on to say that anything over $3.00 went to the bottom line. HELLO!?!?!? so overhead just disappeared. last q it was about $1.75 per chip. now it just goes away. come on, are these guys absoutely rank amateurs or is the scam in full effect again.

the article does go into some of the problems that korea is having - and rightfully so.

it ends thus... >>If, however, Korean chip makers are bailed out -- and low DRAM prices prevail -- none of the 16-meg DRAM makers will
be smiling, especially Micron. Worse, if a shift into the 64-meg DRAM market takes place soon, Micron could find itself
behind the 8-ball again.<<

not if... but when...

btw, my swtx is finally taking off :-) about darn time!
