Ibexx, Have you seen the Dell TV add offering a 333 Mz PII, 6.4G hard drive, 17" monitor, 12X(?)-CD and more for only 2299? I saw it tonight. I don't remember all the details but.. I think they'll sell a few. Barry

Ibexx - Re: "New Sony Notebooks!" Thanks for the "bad" news. The top of the line Sony is now $500 (List) cheaper and 100 MHz FASTER than the one I bought just 5 months ago. Oh well, I'm glad I bought it when I did - It works just great! I'll probably pawn off my "old" 166 MHz Sony on my son - a good excuse to buy one of the new 300 MHz Deschutes notebooks due out in about 4 or 5 months. If Intel approaches $100/share, I'll definitely treat myself to a new notebook - as a personal reward for hanging tough! Again! Ibexx - have you been following Seibel by any chance? Paul
