The last time I checked an IPhone made in China had $8 of labor and goods from China but its export to us was over $200. The reason this is odd is two-fold; 1) China gets charged the full price when it only adds a tiny portion to the cost and is wrongly blamed for the trade deficit and 2) Apple doesn't need slave labor. It only costs them a fraction of what they sell it for.

Btw, Apple claims it costs around $499 but again, the export from China to the US is far less so they might include the cost of design, advertising and selling.
