>> She wasn't murdered, she was shot while breaking and entering.

That's a cop-out.

While I acknowledge that these cases can go either way in a proper investigation, they are pretty consistently investigated by an independent prosecutor and often put before a grand jury. And they happen ALL THE TIME.

I would say it is seldom as clear cut as this incident, and generally the question is whether there was danger to the killer. There clearly was not in this instance.

We know the entire incident in January is being blown out of proportion for political purposes.

See the lying bullshit from AOC yesterday. OMG. What a liar. And a lousy actress to boot.

>> Now tell me why fatally hitting Officer Brian Sicknick in the head with a fire extinguisher was okay.

I have not made that argument. But we don't know the facts on this. My understanding, which is just something I read, was that he was hit by a fire extinguisher that had been thrown. And that no arrest has been made. So, the question is, "Who threw it?" It matters.

Keep in mind there were as many cops there as there were protestors. We don't know who threw it. I assume if it is shown to have been a protestor there will be an arrest since there presumably were cameras all over the place.

If someone in fact threw a fire extinguisher and hit him, and it was intentional, that's going to be a 2nd degree murder or at least manslaughter, and someone needs to be locked up for it.

Justice is not political to me. That's a leftist thing. Maybe since you're new to the left, you haven't learned all the rules.
