Seth, I guess you could inturpret loosely as an intranet but not really, its just their network tied together. Any calls on-net (theirs) comes at no real cost to speak of. But if the call originates on their network and is placed to a location off-net where a long distance charge would be incurred then they would pay ATT. As far as controlling the traffic, I don't really know what you mean, but if you mean will they be handling the transaction if it stays on their net the answer would be yes. As of the .02, I think it's reasonable to assume that it can be attainable, but I think there may be ways to increase that number, but when you get into this game they start talking numbers like .0184 per minute, etc. So fractions start creeping in based on volume and other parameters. I'm a long way from making any decisions, there are just to many nuances that you have to plan and be prepared for to move fast. Kind of like that end of the tunnel may well be a train coming. gggg
