Tough break. Best laid plans and all that... Nice shortcut. But that isn't how it works. You can't claim fraud didn't occur. In fact, there is essentially a 100% certainty that fraud occurred. We just don't know the extent of it. You have worked in polling places and know something about internal control processes. Please tell me what you agree with (yes/no with elaboration as you see fit would be nice). 1. When mail-in ballots are opened, there must be partisan agreement at that instant or all ability to determined whether control measures were met and obeyed. Otherwise, there is never an ability for an true "audit" (my definition would be, "audit: an INDEPENDENT process of selecting and inspecting transactions to determine correctness of all aspects of the documentation". Something like that. Once the envelopes are separated from the ballots, they can never be re-connected to determine who actually cast the vote in question; 2. In regard to mail-in ballots, if there is not both a Republican and a Democrat viewing individual ballots and agreeing or disagreeing at the moment on the validity of that ballot, then it is not possible to fairly count that ballot. It must be cast aside for further adjudication. 3. It is not possible for a partisan to validate a ballots at speed from six feet away, let alone from 6 yards, 100 feet away, where Republican observers were placed. 4. In facilities that were stood up by Z$ in fringe areas, operated solely by Democrats, with zero partisan observers, it is not possible to establish that any votes cast were fairly cast, since no partisan agreement on process could be determined. In a normal polling operation, partisans are present to protect the integrity of the voting process. In places where no partisans were present, the integrity of the voting process is not known and can never be known. 5. It should be presumed that every vote is fair unless there is proof to the contrary.
