I am of course of several minds, OTOH I get the need to do stuff for the greater-good, but OTOH wonder whether there be a better protocol, in terms of efficacy, convenience, speed, and rule-of-people understanding. OTTH the urgency is so far not, as the hard-inconvenient-compelled testing is happening out there, on the other side of the Victoria Peak and across the harbour, but yes, I get that OTFH not good to get folks agitated needlessly if needless.
