Refineries need to be in Ontario Quebec corridor.. economies are there.. and as the virus situation shows.. country leadership needs to go beyond free market.. Sometimes it is not simply money ... .. Everyone is a genius in a bull market.. and goodwill abounds when times are good... .. Now we have no oil in the most populous part of the country and no vaccines in any part... another government fail.. at understanding economics ... The best and the brightest ... sigh... and voters.. go.. Oh they are doing their best.. the best by incompetents .. is crap :)
