i say we go up from here to 104. (50 ma resistance).. IBM will not break through this resistance though..

please note, this is not a big move.
this is not what i call a rally.

thus, this move would still fall into my "weekly sell signal" where risks are high and rewards are low.

let the games begin..

Sure -- I'll say the same thing that I have said (correctly) over the past couple months. The stock is in a sideways channel and will continue to fluctuate between about 96 and 107 until late March when it intersects with its long term up trend line. At that time it moves on up again. In the mean time its moves are just random fluctuations though there may be a day or two outside the 96-107 band for a few panic driven buyers/sellers.
