Doug: Man I think you got it dialed! your synopsis seems to me to be right on. Whats hard to figure in is the legion of day traders that is growing day by day . If the stock goes up at all there is profit taking that same day and that drives the stock down . But for the time being I am comfortable thinking along your lines . By the way I don't do TA or for that matter anything else... somehow it seems to work out anyway. When somethin glike ADCT falls from 34 to 17 1/8 i buy .. when it hits 20+ in 3 days .... I hold. whats wrong with this picture. i'd make a lousy day trader huh. CRDoug
