Science is always changing. All things are not apparent at first. Knowledge is constantly evolving and always will be.

For outside, with a light breeze and some spacing, I agree, no mask needed.

That's bull shit......the medical and science people and the CDC have always maintained the masks help .....I posted a comparison of groups that wore them versus those that didn't.....ie congress, the R's had many more COVID victims.
For a guy who says he's reading everything, you aren't...

It will dip down to -36 tonight, the mask will be worn tonight for late night dog walk. Wearing an incorrectly fitted mask and 99.9% of them are could push blood carbon dioxide high enough to have a heart attack or stroke. People here wear them driving alone in their car.

Hypoxia: When body tissue does not get enough oxygen.

Hypercapnia: Elevated levels of carbon dioxide in the blood that can cause dizziness, shortness of breath, headache and, in extreme cases, hyperventilation, seizures and possible death.
