Off-topic,Wow!, does anyone else use DATEK? They have totally revamped their web site,lots of extras(finally<vbg>) DD PS: competition in the on line broker services, has greatly improved the quality of all these services, wait another year<vbg> ( I have not used them to trade[use full services-flat fee], I keep a few thousnd shares there just for the free real-time quotes and now, good informational services). They actually have a page designed for ordering your certs<g>

Tonto, Earth to Tonto! There was a 10 day halt. The co. submitted the 8K. The halt expired on the 10th day because RMIL complied with the 8K.There is no more halt,....but! there is a squeeze!! We have more certs called for than exist, the co. not trading, on its' own accord, aids us in obtaining those certs! I know Kugler has an agenda...but he's totally insignificant at this point....maybe Mork could put out another press release stating MVPH has another $5MM investor....y'know Mr. Objective...I've never heard you voice your disgust about Mork hiring mawork 1, Purthy, ptm inc., to slam this stock on SI....in fact you posted you couldn't see the relevance in Lew Greens Short Report when I posted it here! <lol>.....sure Tonto,sure... Pugs BUST THE SHORT SOLIDARITY

tonto: My read on that may be a little different than others. Lets skip whether or not they did anything wrong. IF there is any action to be taken, IMO it will NOT be to the detriment of the shareholders. The principals of the companies may all be found guilty of something, and they may ALL end up playing tennis together. IMO, spec. at this point. However.... I do not believe that if the company gets the financing, that the SEC will stop the shareholders from benefiting from a short squeeze, if it materializes. The shareholders did nothing wrong. al
