DD: Another important consideration is the decision by the compliance department of mm Sharpe not to file. Why? Will the compliance departments of other mm's be more liberal regarding assumption of risk? Pugs has reported three have signed on, Lori advises that 3 have been sent packets from the company but none have signed on. Pugs says the company got $10,000,000. Lori says the company had not been advised that is the case. There are no clearing problems that the banks are aware of, and they are doing additional calls for me this a.m., the new factory has yet to be ordered, and no announcements have been made by the company.
