The indexes have all had terrific runs of late and they may be ready to roll over a bit. We've not seen more than a week of weakness for several months and it may be time to pause a little.

Having said this, the Fed firehose is still functioning and more individual investors are coming to the market all the time.

SOX has been stellar for the past 3 quarters and there's little reason to think that they won't be part of the next major move upward. Whether that starts today or a few weeks from now...the SOX will play a major role in the next move up, IMO.

I thought I'd share these 2 charts, a weekly and daily SOX chart. We can see the slope of the climb has been increasing, showing more bullish character as this rally has extended, with the light color slope getting more extreme.
