Since TAVA couldn't possibly hire enough engineers to cover all potential customers, I see them transforming themselves into essentially a training vendor and data center for literally thousands of firms worldwide. That might include training customer's engineers via internet rather than visiting their site-since even visiting all the potential sites could be an overwhelming task. Thus the Y2K business for TAVA could wind up consisting of three activities:

1) Shipping the CD.

2) Training and supporting customer's in-house staff via internet.

3) Taking money to the bank.

Eventually, other companies would want to get into this business also, but since TAVA has such a massive head start, they could wind up licensing the new entrants rather than competing.=more trips to the bank.
