Well sense I do not know what you where or are thinking about and it all sounds a bit strange if you had already a solution 20 years ago.

But I respectfully completely disagree with you as I am a veteran in alternative energy (renewable meshed in with nuclear in MSR/SMR's units) and energy savings since 1982/3 when I designed my first electronic ballast based resonant inverter controlled by the magnetic hysteresis of a ferrite core coil regulating the current to the fluorescent plasma (evidence is posted in Hebrew on my slideshare page

As to Li-Ion batteries I already in 1989 proposed them for laptop computers after Compaq came out with its transportable PC. Well they did not believe at the time in the “commercial potential”

There were several proposals in 2007 see my write-up at ministerial level to Azerbaijan where I was officially invited slideshare.net

Or Donetsk Oblast slideshare.net and the invitation to their governor commission slideshare.net

More so see my Irkutsk proposal on Lake Baikal of 2010 slideshare.net and the acceptance and response from the then Russian PM D.A. Medvedev slideshare.net

Not sure what your efforts brought you but I hit the wall after this meetings slideshare.net as a result of strong opposition from Israel to enter into JV with Jordan and Egypt

As to the issue of renewable energy see my proposals at slideshare.net and slideshare.net

I am certain that if I was not in the "open Israeli Jail" that I am now surrounded with unqualified and lack of visionary people, with their narrow selfinterest for a variety of reasons, a lot could have been done.

Unfortunate I am not 40/45 now as then I was moving mountains relatively spealing friendly with NJ Governor and his staff or Managing Partners at big Law Firms and Seniors Partners at the BIG 6 Accounting Firms of the time.

My biggest mistake was to return to Tel Aviv but had no choice as I had only my mother as relative and I needed to take care for her because the Israeli health insurance was not provided by the Israelis to insured Israelis overseas.

Justifiable so, why should the US take the burden of insuring a sick person that had cancer, after my parents paid lifelong for their health insurance Israel.

When you hit the Israeli bureaucratic outright cruelty and must fight for the life of your mother and only relative, after your dad died out of recklessness of the medical staff - it burns the lights out of you. Honesty or integrity is not appreciated in Israel - you are called naive and not fit.

With that I would finish as the whole affair and experience in Israel is very sad and painful, more so that I am all alone without any family.
