Well sense I do not know what you where or are thinking about and it all sounds a bit strange if you had already a solution 20 years ago. Justifiable so, why should the US take the burden of insuring a sick person that had cancer, after my parents paid lifelong for their health insurance Israel. When you hit the Israeli bureaucratic outright cruelty and must fight for the life of your mother and only relative, after your dad died out of recklessness of the medical staff - it burns the lights out of you. Honesty or integrity is not appreciated in Israel - you are called naive and not fit.
