OFF-TOPIC, unfortunately . . . .

SirAlexx is always OFF-TOPIC here.

Those of you who follow this thread may remember Spam from this guy on a couple of occasions. He is a hypester of his own personal BB stock, one in which he has an insider's interest. He keeps his own thread alive and constantly posts on other threads to attract potential buyers and a major markup. I am not the only one who is concerned about this misuse of this forum:

www3.techstocks.com

There have been no rants, and not even any statements of fact that SirAlexx has tried to dispute on his own thread. I have posted there as a public service to persons who may easily be taken advantage of. You can go to that thread yourself if you want an object lesson in how someone tries to build sales among people with no independent means to verify information on a company. It can be rather amusing, or depressing, depending on your mood. Meanwhile, last time I checked, the spread on that stock was considerable in percentage terms, volume was light, it still does not have reporting status, and the movement in the stock hasn't allowed any buyer to date to break even, once broker commissions are taken into account.

SirAlexx, if you want to extend this discussion beyond your own thread, as you have again done here, to everywhere that you are hyping -- and I've never seen anyone with pre-IPO stock as relentless in hyping on SI -- you may be obliged.

David:

Thanks for some excellent posts. We appreciate your research.

SirAlexx:

Whatever the merits of Futuretrak are, the topic does not seem to be relevant to this thread.

OFF TOPIC:

You know, I'm really starting to regret saying ANYTHING, and doubt I ever will again. Yes, David and I had a war of words, but last time I checked, the issue has been settled at least a week ago. I certainly don't appreciate you dragging it through the mud again.

David: you accused me of being a 'lurker'. Now you know why. It's these sort of name games that discourage me from posting more often. I've got a hectic fulltime job, and attend school in the evenings. With the little free time I have, I tend to prefer to spend it with my wife, not trading insults here.

I couldn't help but give your FTRK another look after all the controversy it's just generated here. I apologize first of all to everyone else for extending this way off-topic discussion for another post.

Your comment about a 40% gain has been pretty much addressed. Even ignoring the spread, you couldn't sell more than 500 or so shares before the bid was pulled out from under your feet. However, I'm certain that the underwriting firms are bolstering the price, buying into inventory any shares that their persuasive brokers can't manage to get the clients to hold on to, and trying to dump their hoard of FTRK through direct sales before they let market forces make FTRK a literal penny-stock.

As for your commnet about a partnership with Lockheed:

"they have a signed agreement and a press release with none other than Lockheed Martin to partner in manufacturing their space scanner"

You make it sound as if Lockheed just agreed to be partners in the manufacture and distribution of FTRK's product. In actuality, all that has happened is FTRK hired Lockheed to build something for them. Good for Lockheed, neutral for FTRK in my opinion. If I hired Boeing to build some planes to my specifications, that wouldn't make me Boeing's partner, but their customer. So big deal...FTRK is Lockheed's customer. If you have an explanation why this is a bullish event for FTRK, please state it on your thread...I'll check it for a couple days. Apparantly, the market wasn't exactly overwhelmed by the PR FTRK put out. Maybe your disappointment in this fact is why you've gone back to thrusting FTRK into the faces of people not at all interested in an iffy BB stock.
