One has to wonder if RFP's Share Price being less than its Book Value is a factor to consider in the purchase of its share.

Here is a plot of RFP's Book Value (BV) on top of its share price since the middle of 2018 up until early 2020 ......



Despite the fact that RFP's share price was always below its BV for nearly 2 years its price never moved up but kept falling.

However, in the second half of 2020 there was an improvement in RFP's Revenue and Net Income, very possibly from the demand for
its Lumber. That coincided with the improvement in its share price which has moved up ever since ......




It could therefore be as you say that lumber was at $606 and it's now at $900 forecasting greater Revenue in the future, with very little to do with a Book Value comparison .....
