I won't argue but instead leave you with a question to ponder (rhetorical). Will Biden strengthen the ACA this year or early next? If he doesn't it won't get done. The 60 vote requirement to do anything is new and it's destroyed our ability to govern. I place the blame solely on one party.

Been watching the French Crime drama "Spiral" on Prime. I think many here would like it, but it is brutal. Holy fuck. It is really good, as good as anything I have ever seen. It moves fast in many directions and you never get bored with five stories running simultaneously. And as I watch the barbarism, and the barbarians (lol), I keep thinking to myself:" How often do you think these thugs spend an afternoon lying on the couch reading Camus, Sartre or Hesse-lol. How often do you think they engage in substantive discussions about ethics and social justice-lol?? And there it is-lol!!
