Mike: I agree that it doesn't make much financial sense to start from scratch, especially when money is tight, but you can't hardly blame them for requiring it. If they didn't and there was something wrong with the bkr numbers, they would potentially be on the proverbial liability hook. Too much risk with a public company.

In any event, if you are correct, which I have no reason to doubt (and it makes sense), it looks like one step closer to coming out of bankruptcy. Still don't much like the company, but it does seem to be looking better for them: not sure it could have been much worse than it was. Good luck.
