Hello Mitch: I agree with you that there are substantive differences between the Pinnacle and the NAMX technologies. I created a similar list to yours. Based on the Barrons article, here's my superficial take. 1.One is that the EM Sounder is patented and the patent holder's expertise in the field goes back eighteen years. Dr. Stamm invented GPR. [Patent # 4381544 Process and apparatus for geotechnic exploration Inventors: Stamm; Michael E. (Sandy, UT). Assignee: Northwest Energy Company (Salt Lake City, UT). Appl. No.: 204,781 Filed: Nov. 7, 1980] 2.The other is that the EM Sounder uses Electro Magnetic waves (radar). The application of EM by vulcanologist to depths of 20000ft is documented. No one knows how the Pinnacle device works. I wonder if it is similar to AXPL's technology. 3.The Pinnacle device in the article seems to be a yes/no device that does not provide depth measurements or the capability to map a field in 3 dimensions. 4. Their device does not provide the flexiblity of detecting non-hydrocarbon deposits such as gold or kimberlite pipes. 5. The EM Sounder has been tested successfully over the past five years for environmental remediation and to locate a number of deposits, the most recent being the estimated 59 billion cu.ft. deposit in Nebraska. (See note below) 6. Dr. Stamm has been working the oil patch for many US companies and has served as a consultant for many OPEC countries. He knows gas and oil. His GPR technology was used to engineer the route of the Alaskan Pipeline. I'm sure there are more. I hope for the sake of Pinnacle shareholders that Pinnacle's technology works. It does not appear to be a better mousetrap than the NAMX mousetrap. Note 1 The following is a listing of the EM Sounder's findings: Results of NAMX Technology thus far: 1.
