Still some caution is in order, Iraq situation should sort itself out this week, and that expectation will play on the markets soon. Iraq ships no oil. They're unable to threaten their neighbors as they did in 1990. We now know that even if they do invade and torch the oil fields they won't burn for a century. About the only real worry here is chemical and biological weapon lobbed at Israel. If this happens then nuclear fallout from Saddam's palace will piss a lot of people off.
