So SBE didn't have a quorum of approval votes (50%+ of the outstanding share) and they postponed the merger for 2 weeks (2/25). Of the shares voted there was 99.98% approval - no idea why 0.02% would have voted NO!

I took 80% of my position off the table at $37 for a small profit. I just don't understand why it has to go down this way. You only get to vote if you owned shares on or prior to 12/16/2020. Here's where I'm scratching my head - you can vote even if you've sold your position out as long as you held it before 12/16 yet, if you bought your shares AFTER 12/16 and are still holding them, you don't get a vote?!?!? No wonder there wasn't 50%+ voted to get the quorum. This one is heavily played by day traders/hoodies so a lot of the holders prior to 12/16 have moved on and couldn't be bothered voting......

Is this really commonplace with these SPACs?? TIA.....
